In Feya’s Swamp, players lead rival clans of swamp dwellers competing to become the most prosperous force in the wetlands. To thrive, you’ll need to adapt to your environment—finding the best fishing grounds, choosing smart trading partners, and expanding your settlements across the shifting waterways.

The game unfolds over four rounds, each featuring income, action, and maintenance phases that shape the development of your clan. During the turn phase, you’ll deploy unique characters to place workers and trigger powerful actions that help you gain advantages and score victory points.

Movement across the swamp is handled by your boats, which open up key activities like fishing, trading with other clans, exploring abandoned temples, and building settlements that unlock new abilities. Some actions happen closer to home as well—improving navigation to increase boat speed, hosting festivals where clans contribute fish for rewards, or constructing cult spaces that bring prestige to the islands of Feya.
