Comic Emporium does not accept returns nor offer refunds where the customer has changed their mind about a product or is dissatisfied with the content of a book.
Manufacturer's defects will be replaced or refunded. Faulty products must be returned to Comic Emporium 635 N Hwy 231 Panama City, FL 32405.

For "Latest Releases" items that are listed as "Sold Out", please enquire as to the availability of re-orders at cestaff@comicemporium.net.
Many items arriving each week are individual customer orders that we do not intend to carry as general stock, however we may be able to order them in for you.
If an order is received for an item that is currently not in store, and a delay of more than ten days is expected, we will notify you and ask if you wish to cancel the order, or wait for it to be restocked.
