Ollie is training with Natas, who beats him and beats him. But eventually Ollie starts getting better. Also Ollie decides he wants to run for mayor of Star City. Ollie, to get more money, crashes several stocks involving defense contracts. Natas decides he has taught Ollie all he can, but with one last test. He sends an army of well trained martial artists to the island.
