Throughout the 20th century many famous men including Al Capone and Machine Gun Kelly have been imprisoned on the island fortress in San Francisco Bay. Now add one more...the Falcon! But help is on the way for Sam Wilson, as the Sentinel of Liberty, Marvel Man, and the Vamp ride a tour boat to Alcatraz! However, unbeknownst to the trio, some other people are headed to Alcatraz too...namely Moonstone, Senator "Kligger" Stivak, Jim Wilson, and the Hulk! When all the parties come together, the wild free-for-all erupts! Captain America and Marvel Man vs. the Hulk vs. the Corporation vs. Animus and Moonstone!
