As the Thunderbolts settle into their new headquarters in Mount Charteris, Hawkeye turns his attention toward administrative matters! First, he arranges for Jolt and Charcoal to attend Burton Canyon High School, so they can finish their education. And second, he acquires an aircraft for the team: the Champscraft! It's the vehicle that was used by the Champions back in the day! However when Clint, Moonstone, and Songbird go to pick it up; a former member of the defunct group stands in their way: Archangel! Will the winged mutant, one of the original X-Men, release the Champscraft without a fight?
