We're Back With A Brand New Store Shattering #1! I know what you're thinking, a new #1? Uh, Ed the old blog/newsletter didn't have numbers...oh contraire mon frere, the eagle eyed among you noticed the numbering hidden deep within the source wall er code for the years long run as well as the more noticeable though still oft ignored number for Ed's Early Evaluations! "The Evaluations" as the rabid "EdHeads" called it got up to #32! My high school english teacher will tell you it's amazing I even can even count! But literally the only thing that matters is that this is a Reboot! So here we are at New #1s for all your favorite weekly wanderings "Ed's Evaluations", "Paula's Ponderings", "Jill's Jammings, and "Aleah's Artistry". Some of that's true, some of it might not be. We'll be surprised together! Now onto the show!
And Now A Word from Our Paula
I want to thank all of you for the outpouring of support we’ve gotten! There has been a lot of extra push these days for folks to support local businesses and I’m definitely feeling it. Thank you! I am able to bring back all of the staff that was here before the shutdown, I’m able to pay my rent without wondering if I have to put off paying distributors, and I’m looking for areas that I can expand. Before the shutdown, I was at a comic retailer conference in Portland and one of the big take-aways I got from it is that I really should expand my All Ages section. Is there anything you’d like to see more of in the shop?
I’m going to start doing some video tutorials on how to use ComicHub, our new point of sale system. This first video will be about navigating the site. The videos (should) be under 5 minutes long and will eventually dig deeper into some neat tools to help you discover new titles/series that you might enjoy. Look for it in next week’s blog. If there’s anything specific you’d like me to cover, please let me know!
I already said enough earlier!

"Everglade Angels" Scout: Scott Lobdell is crafting a classic slasher story with a powerful twist. A high school ladies baseball team takes a wrong turn in Florida and finds themselves set upon by a killer cult that just might be manufacturing magical steroids! It's also got the best baseball I've seen all year. 8 gas masks out of 10
