Arcadia Driftwood is summoned back to Brasilia at the request of Roger Deutchmarx. He asks her to find his missing daughter, and she accepts. Her investigation turns up Sam Louis Obispo, newly escaped from People's Prairie Canada, and managing an illegal black market wrestler known as The Black Beaver. Arcadia follows Sam to Chicago where Reuben, embroiled in a dogfight with Mandy over his yearly Ranger budget, assigns Yuri and Luther to help her investigation.This issue also contains an 8 page backup story: The Origin of Bob Violence by Grant, Staton and Barta.
