About the Avengers / Thunderbolts #1-Very Fine (7.5 – 9)

Since the end of Thunderbolts #75, Baron Zemo and his cohorts have been lying relatively low at their headquarters in the North Sea. However in recent days, the Thunderbolts have become involved in numerous international incidents -- serving as international policemen -- against rogue countries and corrupt politicians. As expected, the T-Bolts' activities have drawn the attention of a group of super-heroes in New York City: the Mighty Avengers! At this point Earth's Mightiest Heroes aren't sure what to think of the Thunderbolts' actions. But if they knew that Baron Helmut Zemo was working on something called Project Liberator, the next Avengers vs. Thunderbolts battle would commence posthaste!
