Book Two: Red Snow. Howard Chaykin revives the World War II fighter pilot and his team in a series that was fairly cutting-edge for its time, with plenty of graphic violence, sex and language, when such things were still rare in mainstream comics. Blackhawk faces off against an Errol Flynn-like Hollywood star who is also a Nazi spy, an idea borrowed by the Rocketeer movie. For some reason, this miniseries was never collected into a single volume.
