"Stars and Strippers," We are introduced to Marshal Law, a sanctioned vigilante who hunts superheroes that have gone rogue; He is superhero himself, an ex-army supersoldier who is disillusioned about so called "superheroes"; He operates in the city of San Futuro, San Francisco after "The Big One"; He gets on the trail of a serial killer that murders strippers dressed as world's most famous female superhero, Celeste.
