The warhead happens to be in the possession of none other than the Red Skull (aka Albert Malik)! The American, the Frenchman, and the Sandman will battle the Red Skull to prevent a nuclear explosion! Second story: "Scattered Lives", A real estate developer wants to tear down an old church in Harlem despite the protests of local citizens. The demonstration is about to end peacefully until an unusual villain named Scatterbrain arrives on the scene! Can the Falcon defuse the situation?
