The crew of the PT 80 found themselves under attack by a series of strange beings (including Nazi monsters and Imperial Japanese apes) before being taken into custody by the crew of an American destroyer called the Master Race. The crew learned that they were in another reality and that the crew of the Master Race were from a reality in which America started a war against other nations. The Master Race's crew's Captain Du Pont had them fight against prisoners taken from their conquests of other nations. Afterwards, Di Palma killed Du Pont before the ship was threatened by Japanese forces who threatened to drop atom bombs on New York City, Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles unless America surrendered. The Master Race refused to surrender, so the Japanese dropped a bomb and the crew of the PT 08 found themselves and their boat in another reality, but still not their own, as it was a reality in which they encountered monstrous sailors.
