Prince Drakken, leader of the Vampire Nation, has finally wrested control of the symniotes away from the WetWorks team. However, while most of the team had been captured, Dane remained free only to be taken prisoner by the Blood Queen, who hopes to reclaim the Vampire throne for herself. Unfortunately, time is running out for all the cambattants. For Dozer has been transformed into a giant pyramid in the heart of Phoenix, through which Drakken is channeling the combined symbiote energy of WetWorks. The result: a dangerous and ever expanding energy field is rapidly giving him control over the United States. As a result, back in Washington D.C., the President has ordered Phoenix to be nuked as a last resort to end this madness...
