Best friends Tokio and Azuma do everything together, even if most of the time it feels like Tokio is just stumbling along in Azuma’s cooler, more talented footsteps. Yamato Mori troops have finally reached the upper level of the Tower of Mourning, but just as they are on the brink of completing their crucial mission, Tokio interrupts to declare that he wants to negotiate with Zora instead of eliminating her.
