About the Wood Elf Realms Battle March Army

The forces of Wood Elf Realms gather like the forest itself – quickly, quietly, and with a natural purpose. In times of war, warriors emerge from clearings and groves, rallying at the call of their Glade Lords. Hunters, guards, and sentinels wield longbows and spears, their finesse in battle matched only by their lethality. Even the humblest of them possess uncanny agility and precision, making the Wood Elves a dangerous opponent for anyone who invades their lands.

This boxed set provides the perfect foundation for the Wood Elf Realms army in the Warhammer: The Old World games. Swift Wild Riders or the conjuring Sisters of the Thorn attack as elite cavalry, while the stoic Wildwood Rangers and Eternal Guard serve as formidable army infantry. A large contingent of Glade Guards provides lethal ranged support with their Asrai Longbows.

Each squad offers a variety of customizations. Wild Riders and Sisters of the Thorn can be assembled as one large squad or two smaller ones, each with additional team models, including a champion, banner bearer, and musician. Wild Riders can also be equipped with shields for added protection.

Wildwood Rangers and Eternal Guard also offer a flexible build with interchangeable heads and weapons. They can be built as one large formation or divided into two squads of ten, each with its own command group. Eternal Guard models can be equipped with additional shields to increase durability.

Glade Guard can be organized into one large squad or two smaller groups of 16, with options for champions, musicians, and banner bearers. These models are highly modular, with interchangeable heads, torsos, cloaks and weapon arms. The Glade Guard kit can also be used to create Deepwood Scouts for even more tactical versatility.
