I'd like to give a shout out to our Editor, Dr. Sanoma Goodwill. The literary and grammatical quality will increase at least ten fold with her gracious help. Thanks Mom
Comic Reviews
"Animal Castle" Ablaze: This is a fitting spiritual sequel to George Orwell's "Animal Farm.'' Xavier Dorison focuses the story on the plight of the proletariat, suffering under communism and state authority run amok. Felix Delep uncannily captures the essence of the animals while imbuing them with the thoughts and emotions I expect to find in higher profile books. There is some humor, there is some suggested naughtiness and there is blood. I was surprised at the violence I found in the castle, as crimes against the "Republic" are punished by death, by being bitten to death by the "militia" of dogs that "keep the peace". 7 jack rabbits out of 10
"Justice League Incarnate" DC: The next chapter in Joshua Williamson's multiversal story is a blast to read and I can't wait to see where this is going. It's exciting, fun, vibrant, and harrowing. The meta commentary is obvious without being hamfisted. Most importantly we know who would win in a fight between Darkseid and [Redacted]. 7 snaps out of 10
Honorable Mentions
"The Last Session" Mad Cave: A fun story about a DnD group coming together for the last time before adulthood takes them in different directions.
