GETTING STARTED

Open the app.
Enter the email you use when contacting our store but choose your own password.

After setting up your account, a map will appear and you will needto select our store
to synchronize with. If you chose to allow location permissions when installing the
app, the closest store on the ComicHub network to your location will be the marker
on the app.

Once you’ve sent the sync request to us, we will activate your app account in our store.
If your sync request is sent outside of our business hours, this activation will not be
completed until staff are in store. After the initial synchronization, you will be able to
push orders to us and all purchases will be pushed back to your device.

Once activated your account will also be accessible from https://customer.comichub.com/

Some quick tips:

› For ordering, it is the latest three US comics catalogues with upcoming products that
can be ordered from.

› If you wish to purchase items already in store, please do this from our website or in store.
There is no wallet of purchasing facility on the app.

› When you are selecting search parameters you result may return no products. In this instance,
your search may be too broad or you may have combined a writer with a publisher that do
not connect. Remove some of the search parameters and try again.

› Once you have selected an item you wish to order, this will be placed in the cart.
When you have finished all your ordering for a session, the final step is you must
submit the order to the store.

› Use the Playlist feature. It is worth taking a bit of time to set up a few different playlists for
Fast, future selection. Keep the categories separate when making playlists or the results can
be overwhelming. Make a playlist for artists, a separate playlist for Sci-Fi first issues, etc.
