Return Policy

Returns

Due to the collectibility of the comics and merchandise we sell, we are unable to accept returns. We do not guarantee any grade on any item unless the item we sell is pre-graded by a third party.  Over time, shelf wear and small cosmetic dings and dents may be possible. If you still feel you’ve received a damaged or mis-shipped order, please contact us at hello@crookeddogcomics.com.

All New and Recent Releases are considered to be in Near Mint (9.2-9.8) condition unless otherwise noted, however we cannot guarantee specific grades for any comic book. Comic books in our Sale Item section are in Very Fine/Near Mint condition unless otherwise noted. Graphic novels and other items in our inventory are Fine/Like New or New unless otherwise noted, and might have minor shelf wear, dings, bumps, or dents, but are complete with no torn pages, dust jackets, or missing boxes.

Cancellations and Returns

All in stock sales orders are final and non-refundable for any reason. In case an item comes to us defective, we will make every attempt to ensure that product is not sold.  However, if the product is defective or damaged, we will replace it or provide a full refund if a replacement is not available. Crooked Dog Comics will not provide a refund where the customer has changed their mind about a product. Faulty products must be returned to Crooked Dog Comics, 1373 Central Ave, Middletown, OH 45044. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will be for merchandise only.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
