This website (Site) is owned by Telegraph LLC (referred to on this Telegraph Art & Comics, we, our or us).  Your use of this Site is governed by these terms of use.  By accessing and browsing this Site you agree to be bound by these terms of use (as amended from time to time).  If you wish to purchase any of our products or services on this website, you will be required to agree to the Terms of Trade of sale below for those particular products or services.

These terms of use are in effect from 12th January, 2019.
 

Terms of Trade

Prices & Taxes

All prices on this website are in US dollars. All credit cards transactions will be charged in US dollars. At present, Telegraph LLC is shipping only to Domestic mailing addresses.

Refunds/Returns/Disputes

Telegraph LLC will not provide a refund where the customer has changed their mind about a product. However, if the product is faulty we will replace it or provide a full refund if a replacement is not available. Faulty products must be returned to Telegraph, 211A West Main Street, Charlottesville VA 22902. Reasonable costs associated with the returning of goods will be reimbursed. Also, if the description of the product on our website does not adequately describe the purchased item, we will replace the item with a more suitable product. If no description is available, or if you are unsure of the item, please enquire directly with the store at telegraphdavid@gmail.com All staff are familiar with most items in store and a response will be provided promptly.

Payment Options

Credit Cards will be charged as items are shipped from our store. For partial shipments, shipping costs will only be charged for the first shipment to be dispatched.

Direct Credit orders will ship when funds have been confirmed in our bank. In the instance of partial shipments, items in store will ship immediately. Follow-up items will ship as they arrive in our store at no additional courier charge. Please note, while on-line banking programs may show that funds have been paid from your account instantly, they will not show in our account until the following business day.

Cheques are accepted but items will not ship until the funds have cleared with our bank. Items that need to be ordered in, will not be ordered until the cheque has cleared with our bank. We will contact you when the cheque is received.

From Shop orders are only available to customers who have current in store accounts with us.

"In Stock" & "Sold-Out"

For "Latest Releases" items that are listed as "Sold Out", please enquire as to the availability of re-orders. Many items arriving each week are individual customer orders that we do not intend to carry as general stock, however we may be able to order them in for you. For "Trade Paperbacks", "Toys" & "Games" almost all items are in stock at our store. Items not in stock are on order with our distributors, due to be re-supplied. "Trade Paperbacks", "Toys" & "Games" listed as "Sold Out" are currently out of print with the publisher but are expected to be re-printed in the near future. If an order is received for an item that is currently not in store, and a delay of more than ten days is expected, we will notify you and ask if you wish to cancel the order, or wait for it to be restocked.

Shipping

All orders received for items that are in stock will ship within two working days. We currently use USPS for all of our deliveries. Please ensure that your mailing address is a day-time address that can be signed for.

All intellectual property on this Site, including without limit, the text, graphics and copyright works is owned by us (or our relevant content supplier).  We are the exclusive owner of all rights in the compilation, design and layout of this Site.

Right to Use Site and Content

You may access, view, reproduce and print the content on this Site provided you only use that content for your personal use or otherwise in relation to using or considering using any of the services we provide through this Site. 

If you wish to link to any part of this Site, you must obtain our prior written consent.

Privacy Policy

Telegraph LLC does not collect data or personal information about its customers beyond what is supplied to fulfill orders. We won't rent, sell or barter your email address to third parties ever.
