All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. All credit cards transactions will be charged in New Zealand dollars. At present, Heroes for Sale, Ltd. is only shipping to New Zealand addresses.
Heroes for Sale, Ltd. will not provide a refund where the customer has changed their mind about a product. However, if the product is faulty we will replace it, as per our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, or provide a full refund if a replacement is not available. Faulty products must be returned to Heroes for Sale, Ltd. at 582 Karangahape Road, Newton, Auckland. Reasonable costs associated with the returning of goods will be reimbursed. Also, if the description of the product on our website does not adequately describe the purchased item, we will replace the item with a more suitable product. If no description is available, or if you are unsure of the item, please enquire directly with the store at email@example.com. All staff are familiar with most items in store and a response will be provided promptly.
Credit Cards will be charged as items are shipped from our store. For partial shipments, courier costs will only be charged for the first shipment to be dispatched.
Direct Credit orders will ship when funds have been confirmed in our bank. In the instance of partial shipments, items in store will ship immediately. Follow-up items will ship as they arrive in our store at no additional courier charge. Please note, while on-line banking programs may show that funds have been paid from your account instantly, they will not show in our account until the following business day.
Cheques are accepted but items will not ship until the funds have cleared with our bank. Items that need to be ordered in, will not be ordered until the cheque has cleared with our bank. We will contact you when the cheque is received.
From Shop orders are only available to customers who have current in store accounts with Heroes for Sale, Ltd.
For "Latest Releases" items that are listed as "Sold Out", please enquire as to the availability of re-orders at firstname.lastname@example.org Many items arriving each week are individual customer orders that we do not intend to carry as general stock, however we may be able to order them in for you. For "Trade Paperbacks", "Toys" & "Games" almost all items are in stock at our store. Items not in stock are on order with our distributors, due to be re-supplied. "Trade Paperbacks", "Toys" & "Games" listed as "Sold Out" are currently out of print with the publisher but are expected to be re-printed in the near future. If an order is received for an item that is currently not in store, and a delay of more than ten days is expected, we will notify you and ask if you wish to cancel the order, or wait for it to be restocked.
All orders received for items that are in stock will ship within two working days. We currently use CastleParcel Couriers for all of our deliveries. Please ensure that your delivery address is a day-time address that can be signed for.
