Terms and Conditions - Pop Comics & Culture Emporium

We have staff in the store Monday-Saturday, 10:30am-3pm,  to answer phones and process orders. Emails and online questions are processed during store hours. We ship orders Monday-Friday using USPS and UPS. 
Pull Items will be held for 3 weeks. A reminder phone call and email will be sent. Lack or response is understood as releasing of items.
Pre-Paid items with In-Store Pickup will be held safely. We ask that the items are picked up within 1 month of arrival in the store. There will be an email upon arrival. A reminder phone call and email will happen after 1 week.
Adjustments may be made upon conversation with the shop/
