Minimum Order Requirements

All web orders are subject to a minimum order requirement of $100.00 USD.  There are no exceptions to this requirement.

Shipping

Upon checkout, customers will be presented with domestic and international shipping options.

    - USPS Ground Advantage is available for domestic shipments.
    - USPS First Class International is available for international orders.

No other shipping services are offered at this time.

Product Availability

Wonderland Comics will not check the availability of a product prior to order placement.  Refunds for unavailable products will be issued after an order has been pulled, and unavailable products have been identified.

Order Cancellations

Wonderland Comics reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason.  Should an order be cancelled, the customer will receive a notice that the entire order has been cancelled.

Return Policy

All print media and apparel sales are final; we do not offer refunds or exchanges for print media (comic books, trade papers, graphic novels, hard cover books, manga, hats, shirts etc.).

For all non-print media, the following return policies apply:

    - ​In-store Purchases: Unopened items may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days for store credit.
    - Online Purchases: No returns are accepted for new, unopened products.  For product defects, customers should reach out to manufacturer for warranty replacement.  For damages in shipment, customers should work with USPS to file a claim for money damages (File a Claim | USPS)

Wonderland Comics does not provide cash refunds for returns.
