All of the items for sale on this site have not been previously owned. Most items have been merchandised in the store and handled by customers. Zeppelin Comics ("Store") makes no claims that the items sold through this site are in "mint" or "near-mint" condition. They are generally free of major defects (e.g. rips or missing pages); however, we make no guarantee of condition or print accuracy. Items shipped are package in such a way to maintain the condition of the item as they would be if the Buyer were shopping in the Store. Shipment errors must be reported the Store no later than 7 days after receipt.

No returns, No refunds. If there is something wrong with the item please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Comic Hold Policy
We have a 30 day hold policy for all books on hold. If you will be away for awhile or something comes up, please let us know and we may be able to work something out. Life happens.
TCG Preorders:
We are requiring a down payment for TCG preorders. The downpayment will be a percentage of what it will cost and you will pay the rest when the product arrives. All down payments must be paid within a month after we announce it online or in-store. The date will be on our flyers and item description. When the product arrives we will send you an email with a pickup date and you will have 7 days to pay the remainder of the down payment + pick up your order. Failure to do so will result in a refund and forfeit of product. The benefit of preordering early is to guarantee MSRP; If you wait until the second wave, we will charge market value. If you would like to pre order 3 or more of the same item, please call us. NO REFUNDS AND NO PRODUCT SWITCH.
Pre-Release Event Policy:
Since we are seeing more and more players on the signup list fail to show up or call ahead of pre-release dates, we are now enacting a NO SHOW, NO PLAY, NO BOX, NO REFUND policy. We have limited space and want to make sure that everyone who wants to play is able, so if you are on the list and can’t make it we need to know so other players can get their chance (or, the next person in line gets your spot). The more people who show up the larger our order allocations are which equals more product for you guys!
