This 30th anniversary issue contains the 5 page preview and 1st appearance of Spider-man 2099. The silver cover features a hologram based on the very first Spider-Man cover in Amazing Fantasy 15. The Lizard returns in "Fathers and Sins." Script by David Michelinie, pencils by Mark Bagley, inks by Randy Emberlin. J. Jonah Jameson is featured in "How I Created Spider-Man!" Script by David Michelinie, art by Aaron Lopresti. Gwen Stacy takes center stage in "I Remember Gwen." Script by Stan Lee, plot by Tom DeFalco, art by John Romita Sr. (Cameos by the Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus.) The Prowler is also here in "A Friend in Need." Script by Tom DeFalco, pencils by Tod Smith, inks by Andrew Pepoy.
