Heroes' Beacon is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen orders that have been marked as delivered by the shipping company.

1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ BE DELIVERED?
In-stock orders are shipped with 1 - 3 business days after the order is placed. We do our best to ensure shipments go out as soon as possible (typically within 1 - 2 business days).
2. ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
Once an order is shipped we are unable to adjust it. If you have made an error in an order you have submitted please call 506-214-5755 as soon as possible. If the shipment has not already been packed we can manually make adjustments.
3. IN STORE PICKUP
In-stock orders will be avaiable for pick up the following business day. Often orders are ready the same day, but we are unable to guarantee same day avaiability. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of pick up. Orders will be held for 30 days after being processed, after that time has passed the order will be considered abandonded.
4. WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
Currently we ship to Canada and the United States. Due to certain distributor restrictions some products may not be eligable for shipping to the United States.
5. SHIPPING RATES.
Rates are based off of calculated shipping with Canada Post Small Business. Regualar and Expidited have the same shipping cost, and will always be shipped via Expidited.
6. SALES TAX
New Brunswick sales tax of 15% is added to all orders.
7. DAMAGED ITEMS
Items that are damaged in shipping should be reported to the shipping company and/or refused. Items that have manufacturer defects need to be reported to the maker of the item. We do not quarenntee that products shipped will have the packaging in mint condition. For other types of damages please contact us and we will do our best to fix the problem.
8. ONLINE SALE RETURNS
Returns of online sales may be subject to a10% restocking fee.
9. PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will be shipped within 3 business days of the product arriving to us. We have no control of release dates or delivery dates. Products, espeically Kickstarters can often be weeks or months late.
10. PRODUCT AVAIABLITY
While we do our best to ensure the stock on the website is accurate, we can not guarantee product avaiability. If an item is out of stock after being ordered we will do our best to get it back in stock in a timely manner.
