Terms & Conditions

Customers agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order:

Images may differ from what is displayed. A stock photo is used in some cases. 

Internet orders are subject to credit card verification and are processed in 1 - 3 days, this processing time does not include shipping days. All orders are subject to availability and limited to stock on hand. Pre-order items will ship when available and unless requested other items on that order that are in stock may be held till pre-order items ships. In some cases quantity ordered may be limited or reduced. 

Internet order are filled on basis of when order was received.  If we are out of stock of an item, we will attempt to email customer, if we do not get a response within 48 hours, we we ship what we have in stock.  Any out of stock item will be removed from order, in some cases shipping may be reduced, and we will ship in stock items.

There are no cash, check or credit card refunds. In some cases a refund may be issued if error/problem is due to Comic Relief Inc

International Orders:  International orders are subject to Duty and Taxes and are the responsibility of Customers


Comic Relief Inc. respects our customers' privacy. Our mailing list is confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone else. To unsubscribe to our e-newsletter or mailing list, respond to email with unsubscribe in subject 

Shopping with us is SAFE. We use the latest encryption technology to protect your credit card security. If you are not comfortable using the Internet to order, you can always call the store at 877-spidey1 (1-877-774-3391).

Comic (book) Relief Inc. is not responsible for manufacturer’s delays, cancellations, availability and/or changes. Orders cancelled due to manufacturers will be fully refunded.  . 

To be fair to all customers and allow all customers the opportunity to read new comics.  We will limit the release of new comics for the first month to one per customer.  Please do not try and by pass the system by making multiple order, this will only result in cancellation of extra orders and the potential of initial order also being cancelled.
