All comics are limited to two (2) copies per customer, unless pre-ordered through ComicHub before Final Order Cut-Off (FOC) date.
Item Conditions
All New and Recent Releases are considered to be in Near Mint (9.0-9.2) condition unless otherwise noted, however we cannot guarantee specific grades for any comic book. Comic books in our Sale Item section are in Very Fine/Near Mint condition unless otherwise noted. Graphic novels and toys in our Sale Item section are Fine/Like New or New unless otherwise noted, and might have minor shelf wear, dings, bumps, or dents, but are complete with no torn pages, dust jackets, or missing boxes.
Prices & Taxes
All prices on this website are in United States dollars. All credit cards transactions will be charged in United States dollars. At present, Comics Conspiracy is only shipping to United States addresses.
Refunds/Returns/Disputes
Comics Conspiracy will not provide a refund where the customer has changed their mind about a product. However, if the product is defective or damaged, we will replace it or provide a full refund if a replacement is not available. Faulty products must be returned to Comics Conspiracy, 913 W El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA 94087, USA. Reasonable costs associated with the returning of goods will be reimbursed.
