All comics, in any category, are limited to one (1) copy per customer, unless pre-ordered before Final Order Cut-Off (FOC) date and approved by store staff. There is a $15 minimum (pre shipping & sales tax) on all orders.
Prices & Taxes
All prices on this website are in United States dollars. All credit cards transactions will be charged in United States dollars. At present, New Dimension Comics is only shipping to continental United States addresses.
Items available for PreOrder require 100% deposit (post tax) at time of order, 20% being non-refundable if cancelled. If a cancellation needs to be made, it must be at least 30 days prior to the item's estimated ship date and a refund of the amount paid beyond the 20% non-refundable deposit will be issued in the original payment form.
"In Stock" & "Sold-Out"
While we attempt to have inventory correct at all times, please be aware that an item listed as "in-stock" may end up being unavailable while an item listed as "sold-out" may be on reorder for restocking. Please contact the store directly for more information or ordering a restockable option. We reserve the right to cancel any order with full refund, in the original payment form, if the item purchased is no longer available or is misrepresented on the website in association to the sku attached to the product being purchased.
All items are shipped to prevent damage and we make every effort to get you the product free from defects. New Dimension Comics will not provide a refund where the customer has changed their mind about a product. New Dimension Comics is not liable for any damages that happen during shipping. However, if the product is defective, we will replace it or provide a full refund if a replacement is not available. Faulty products must be returned to the New Dimension Comics location it was bought from. Reasonable costs associated with the returning of goods will be reimbursed. Refunds will not be issued until the items have been returned and received in the condition it was received in.
Please take care on being sure of your purchase especially when it comes to comics. If no description is available, or if you are unsure of the item, please enquire directly with the store. All staff are familiar with most items in store and a response will be provided promptly.
At this time, New Dimension Comics accepts all major credit cards through Square, and Paypal.
All orders received for items that are in stock will ship within two working days. We currently use the US Postal Service.
We offer a free subscription service to all customers so you can make sure you get all the comics you want, each and every week. We just need the following information:
– Full name
– Current mailing address
– Current email address or phone number
– List of comic books you want held
When subscribing to comics with New Dimension Comics, you agree to the following:
You can add or drop titles at any point, but please note that you may be required to pick up upcoming issues of the title that have already been ordered, so please let us know as soon as possible if you want to drop a title so we can adjust our orders. If you drop a title, you’re still required to pick up the issues we have on hold for you.
After a month, we’ll attempt to contact you via phone or email. If you do not reply within one week, your subscription will be closed immediately and you will be unable to reopen it. If your email bounces or your phone number is disconnected, your subscription will be closed immediately and you will be unable to reopen it, so please keep them current. If you close your subscription and have cleared out your subscription box, you can reopen your subscription at any time.
For customers that cannot make it monthly, we require a credit card on file and will charge you for your books at the end of every month, and hold them until you can come pick them up. For mail-order subscribers, you will be required to have a credit card on file, or a current Paypal address for us to invoice you. All the above rules apply to mail-order customers as well.
While this all sounds like we are jerks, we understand things happen in the world. Please contact the store if you’re unable to pick up your subscription on time, we’re happy to work it out with you on a case by case basis.
